The Security Cube is a device in Planet Strike, which is programmed to restrict access through the Training Facility's teleport booth. Destroying the cube is the player's main goal in each Area. It is destroyed by locating and detonating the Fission detonator. Once it has been disabled, the teleport unlocks the warp to the next area.
The Security Cube resembles a rotating red cube inside a column. All other weapons besides the detonator have no effect on the cube. It is not known exactly how the cube is linked to the operation of the teleports to other areas; it may contain the power to protect the teleports, or simply be a like a link in a circuit. Somehow it prevents Blake from using the teleporter and allows only S.T.A.R. members to use it, possibly because of their access badges.
